What the totals assume
- The spare for breakage is an estimate; set your own.
- A narrow cut is under a third of the tile. This is a matter of taste; ignore it if you like.
- “Offcuts reused” means plain tile, a manual cutter and offcuts put to use. For patterned tile, use “no offcuts”.
- Not counted: reveals, niche depth, boxing, pipe holes. The gap at the wall is not taken off the cuts.
This is an estimate; the tiler checks the sizes on site.
